Privacy Policy

Submitter information. Email addresses submitted with evidence are kept confidential and used only for moderator follow-up. They are never displayed publicly.

Subject information. Names, affiliations (employer, military unit, organization) and any other identifying details are visible only to registered users and moderators. They are not exposed to anonymous visitors or search engines.

Evidence files. Screenshots are stored in a private bucket. Access is granted via short-lived signed URLs to authenticated users only.

Removal & redaction. If a subject demonstrates a submission was misattributed or taken out of context, the entry will be redacted or removed. Contact a moderator to request review.
