Terms of Use

HateWatch Archive exists to document hate speech and racist content for the purpose of accountability through proper channels: employers, military chains of command, platform trust & safety teams, civil-rights organizations, and — when warranted — law enforcement.

What this platform is for

• Documenting publicly posted content that constitutes hate speech, threats, or racism.
• Providing context so reports filed through proper channels are credible and well-evidenced.
• Tracking the lifecycle of those reports.

What this platform is not for

• Harassment, doxxing, or organizing retaliation against any individual.
• Submitting altered, misattributed, or out-of-context content.
• Targeting private individuals based on their personal characteristics.

Submissions are reviewed by moderators. Subjects who can show content was misattributed or removed in context may request redaction. Violations of these terms may result in submissions being rejected or removed and accounts being suspended.
